| YY Consult is a project management services company establish in year 2016. Services provided mainly focus on the Civil and Structure works, which including preparation of engineering drawing with calculation under supervision of Engineer, preparation submission drawing and construction drawings. We also provided project management services to the owner in liaison and coordination with the Architect and M&E engineer as well, in order to complete the proposed development works. All the works carry out is supervised by a well known Professional Consulting Engineer Company in Melaka IRA Teknik Consulting Engineers. |

- Assist land owner in development and planning the dreamhouse with their preferences, with Local Authority Approval.
